Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Drive the evolution of the DSEI Germany marketing strategy, focusing on scalable campaigns that elevate our national and international presence.
- Take full ownership of integrated marketing campaigns—from concept to execution—across online, offline, performance, and PR channels, with a particular focus on email, Linkedin marketing and digital advertising.
- Build data-driven campaign structures, KPI frameworks, and smart audience segmentation for both exhibitor and visitor marketing.
- Develop impactful messaging, creative communication concepts, and sales materials that clearly position DSEI Germany in a competitive global market.
- Shape and deliver audience-growth initiatives that increase visitor numbers, generate qualified leads, and boost conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance across all touchpoints and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
- Introduce innovative tools, technologies and workflows that enhance lead nurturing and streamline conversion processes.
- Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all campaigns, in close collaboration with the global DSEI brand team.
- Execute our content strategy through marketing channels to engage audiences and drive event registrations
- Monitor market developments and competitive landscapes to identify key themes and opportunities for impactful campaign storytelling.
- Support strong relationships with ministries, authorities, international delegations, associations, and industry partners.
- Manage and coordinate media partners, industry associations, and external agencies with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
- Lead selected campaign and operations subprojects with ownership and accountability.
- Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership, Sales, Event Operations, and international DSEI teams to align strategies and goals.
- Support the development of conference and program content through research and insight-driven recommendations.
